Michelle Russell (Chef Shel Leigh), M.Ed., PBC, RYT, is a plant-based chef and food educator. Chef Shel Leigh holds a Master’s degree in education. She completed her culinary training in plant-based food and is a registered yoga teacher. Through food and education, Michelle helps others build self-efficacy and regain their health. She specializes in transition recipes, cleanses, and menu creation while operating a vegan cheese business. Michelle will be your go-to person for all things relating to your gut, including research, products to buy to help you achieve your health goals, personal shopping, and delicious homemade vegan, gluten-free products and meals. Michelle uses peer-reviewed research and studies to help guide you at your own pace away from foods that are addictive and cause health problems. Spencer Harber, M.A., NBHWC, E-RYT, CPT is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and expert in personal health practices. He holds advanced degrees in Health and Wellness Coaching and works as a clinical health coach for a San Francisco based digital hospital that specializes in MSK, empowering people to overcome chronic back pain. Spencer is an experienced registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and honed his training with his family in Rishikesh, India. As a professor of bio-mechanics, Spencer developed a unique curriculum for yoga that is based both in the science of strength and movement and the ethics of yogic philosophy. He further developed this to create a yoga program for men called Kula Dudes. Spencer is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He uses coaching, yoga, and nutritional guidance to work with people to improve communication and remove roadblocks to health and happiness.
