We facilitate behavior change by empowering you to self-discover values, resources, and strategies that are individualized and meaningful. You are the expert in navigating your own life, based upon personal preferences and past experiences. We provide the structure of the session and serve as a collaborative partner. Our primary role is NOT that of a content expert or educator who diagnoses, advises, or instructs the client on what to do. Instead, we will bring attention to your strengths and reinforce them so you are better able to navigate the waters of life.
