Michelle Russell, M.Ed., PBC, RYT is a plant-based chef and food educator. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in education. She completed her culinary training in plant-based food and is a registered yoga teacher. Through food and education Michelle helps others build self-efficacy and regain their health. She specializes in transition recipes, cleanses, and menu creation.

 Spencer Harber, M.A.,NBC-HWC, E-RYT is a wellness coach and expert in personal health practices. Spencer is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the International Consortium of Health and Wellness Coaches. He holds advanced degrees in Health and Wellness Coaching and Complementary and Alternative Health. Spencer is a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher. Through coaching, yoga and nutritional guidance he works with clients to improve communication and remove road-blocks to health and happiness.

Together

Together, Spencer and Michelle have lost a combined 160 pounds, battled PTSD, eradicated the need for seven prescription medications and restored their health while continually growing their relationship. The couple, originally from Idaho has traveled the world (living abroad for the last seven years), raising their four children overseas. Most recently, they worked as professors together at Eastern Oregon University. Now, living in Boise, they are committed to integrating into the community and working to help others heal.
